Despite the claim that chemistry has not been reduced to it, chemistry modelling is actually something quantum simulations have been EXTREMELY successful in. We can model many simple molecular compounds. We can't model a lot of complex compounds in QM, not because they're in principle impossible to model in QM, but because simulating QM takes a crap load of computing power. I'd wager the vast majority of physicists and chemists would agree that current evidence is sufficient to think that, yes, chemistry absolutely reduces to quantum physics.
